Complaints reclamation

Any company may be engaged in a dispute, as while conducting business the company's rights and interests are often derogated. This may be caused by non-fullfilment or improper fulfillment of the contractual obligations, by infliction of damage, etc. The majority of such cases may be settled by pre-trial procedure, that sometimes is called "complaint procedure".

For the purpose of pre-trial settlement of disputes, a company may send or receive a complaint.

Such issues as composition and relevancy of a complaint influence on how the complaint affects the other party and to what extent it will be satisfied and performed. If a company sends a complaint, it's necessary to engage the qualified legal adviser from the very beginning, to elaborate draft of a complaint and to work out with evidentiary foundation.
